He's hardly in the quarterback mix, but Chris Finlen isn't completely out of the equation. Not yet.

With backup Brooks Bollinger out this week with an injured knee, Finlen is vying for playing time with third-string quarterback Ricky Ray. "I'd like to think I'll get some action," said Finlen, who's fourth on the depth chart. "I'm having a pretty good camp and I'm starting to get more comfortable."
A year ago, that's exactly where he found himself -- in his Chicago home -- after the New Orleans Saints waived him last Aug. 31. Finlen had slipped to fifth on the depth chart and separated his shoulder the final week of camp. After his release, Finlen had surgery and underwent rehab

After being a non-factor with the Saints, Finlen joined the Barcelona Dragons in NFL Europe in the spring and now finds himself for the second straight season hoping to land a job.
